Fiery Goan Curry

  • 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Fiery Goan Curry
  • 300g rump steak - sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper - sliced into long strips
  • 100g tenderstem broccoli - trimmed
  • 1/2 red onion - thickly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the spices from the whole spice sachet for a few seconds.
  2. Add the steak and fry on a high heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the base and main sauces and mix well. Cook until well combined.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
